Homeopathic Treatment for Diarrhoea and Vomiting
Take remedies in 6c or 30c potency 1-2 hourly or as necessary, for 2-3 days. If in any doubt, contact a professional homeopath.
Arsenicum
-
Holiday tummy; first remedy for food poisoning

Vomiting, nausea and diarrhoea with great pain in the stomach or abdomen

Stomach or abdomen very sensitive to touch

Quite exhausted; very weak yet very restless

May be fearful; afraid of being alone; may fear imminent death

Marked thirst for sips of water, but vomits as soon as it hits the stomach

Very chilly; burning or cramping in stomach or abdomen; better for warmth

Worse at night, often after midnight
Bryonia

Main indications are worse for any movement, and dryness

Pressure in stomach after eating (as if a stone in stomach)

Phosphorus
